The FINANCIAL — Issued this October, NIB’s Blue Bond is financing a loan to the Blominmäki wastewater treatment plant in the City of Espoo, Finland. Once ready, the advanced treatment will significantly reduce the discharge of nitrogen and phosphorous into the Baltic Sea.
