The FINANCIAL — EU project helped design legislation for environmental liability, drafted a proposal for a Marine Environment Strategy and Action Programme, trained inspectors and assessed air quality aspects, and prepared management plans for three Emerald Sites. Key achievements and further developments were presented at the online closing conference of the project “Support to implementation of the Environmental Provisions of
