The FINANCIAL — Since the beginning of 2013/14 MY (July 1), and as of September 13, the volume of Ukrainian grain exports from Ukraine reached 4.6 mln tonnes, up 10.7% of the same period of 2012/13 MY, declared Nikolai Prysyazhnyuk, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, the export volumes of wheat in the reporting period totaled 2.6 mln tonnes (including 1.8 mln tonnes of milling wheat), barley – 1.5 mln tonnes, maize – 0.6 mln tonnes, according to APK-Inform Information Agency.
Besides, Ukraine supplied on the foreign markets 1.04 mln tonnes of oilseeds, including 1.03 mln tonnes of rapeseed and 5.3 thsd tonnes of soybean, said N.Prysyazhnyuk.
