Golden Time Talent is an international creative platform that has been discovering talents from all over the world since 2018. To date, participants from 71 countries have taken part in the competitions, and the jury includes acclaimed professionals from the United Kingdom, the United States, Ukraine, Italy, Poland, France, Israel, Japan, Turkey, Spain, Greece, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Estonia, the Czech Republic, and many other countries.

He actively evaluates participants’ works online and was also officially invited to London for the annual international festival in both 2024 and 2025, where the award ceremony, international fine art exhibition, and meetings with producers, diplomats, and representatives of cultural institutions from over 25 countries take place.

Mykyta Harmel is a Ukrainian producer with over 15 years of experience in the media industry. His career began on set as a production assistant. Step by step, he worked across all departments — from logistics and directing to filming and post-production — gaining a deep understanding of the entire production cycle.
One of Mykyta’s strengths is his ability to adapt international television formats to local markets. He was involved in Ukrainian and Russian versions of globally recognized shows such as:
“The Bachelor,” “The Biggest Loser,” “The Moment of Truth,” “The Cube,” and “Hell’s Kitchen.”
His cultural sensitivity, strategic thinking, and ability to preserve the essence of a format while tailoring it to a new audience make him a highly valuable specialist in this field.
He has received multiple industry accolades, including two TEFI awards for socially impactful and emotionally powerful television projects — “Ask the Sky”and “The Secret Millionaire.”
