Progress made in Ukraine under Energy Community’s resolution centre

The FINANCIAL — New amendments to Ukraine’s Gas Transmission Code have been approved following mediation between the Ukrainian gas transmission system operator, Ukrtransgaz, and the Ukrainian National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission, NEURC.

The proposed changes are in line with the Energy Community acquis and further talks in October will address additional pending issues.
