“Tsikhia” Makes Up USD 11 750

The FINANCIAL – The initial sale price of the distrained property of the Georgian JSC “Tsikhia” in Tkibuli (Western Georgia) that will be sold via auction makes up USD 11 750, Prime-News Business was told at the Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia.

 

According to the ministry, any buyer who will purchase this property via the auction is to pay out minimum half of the price or GEL 5 000 (about USD 3 086).

 

The  remain sum is to be paid out in the course of 14 calendar days after the object’s realization. The buyer will not have property rights until price is not be recovered.

 

The auction will take place in Tkibuli on November 15.
